Terms of Service

Who we are

Topupa is operated by DDT FZCO, 101, A2 Building, Dubai Digital Park, Silicon Oasis, Dubai, AE (registration 10468 (Dubai Silicon Oasis Free Zone)). We sell digital gift cards and game credits ("codes") issued by third-party brands. We are a reseller: the brand's own terms govern what the code can be used for once you redeem it.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• Keep your login private. Everything done from your account is treated as done by you until you tell us it was not.
• Give accurate details (name, email, country). Your country determines whether local tax applies to your purchases.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or is subject to a legal request. We will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Your wallet

Purchases are paid from a prepaid wallet held in one of our supported currencies (USD, QAR, AED, SAR, OMR, BHD, LKR, BDT). A wallet is opened for each currency you use.

• Wallet funds are prepaid credit for buying codes on Topupa. They are not a bank deposit, earn no interest and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
• When you place an order the full amount is held. We charge only for the units the issuer actually delivers; anything not issued is released back to your wallet automatically.
• Top-ups by card are processed by our payment provider. A top-up may be reversed if the card payment is disputed or found to be fraudulent.
• Unused funds can be withdrawn only where the law requires it or where we agree in writing. Contact support to ask.

Purchases and pricing

• Prices are shown in the currency you select and include any tax shown at checkout. A price is confirmed on the checkout screen as a quote valid for a short time (about two minutes); if it expires, refresh and confirm again.
• The face value printed on a code is set by the brand and is in the brand's currency. The amount you pay in your currency is the price we quote, not a currency conversion of the face value.
• Some products have limited stock or a per-order quantity limit. Orders may also be delayed or declined by the issuer, in which case you are not charged for the affected units.
• We may refuse or cancel an order that we reasonably suspect is fraudulent, breaches a brand's rules or cannot be fulfilled. Held funds are released when an order is cancelled.

Delivery and reveal

• Codes are delivered digitally to your account and, if you ask, by a signed email link. There is no physical delivery.
• Every code is encrypted when stored and is shown only after you choose Reveal. The moment of reveal is recorded.
• Treat a revealed code like cash. We cannot replace a code that is used by someone you shared it with or who saw your screen.
• Expiry dates, regions and redemption steps are set by the brand and shown on the brand page and the voucher. Check that the region matches your account before buying.

Refunds

Codes are digital content supplied immediately at your request. Once a code has been revealed it cannot be returned or refunded. If an order fails or is only partly issued you are charged only for the issued units; the rest is released to your wallet. If a code is invalid, already redeemed or not as described, open a ticket within the time stated in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Prohibited use

You may not use Topupa to:

• buy codes with funds or cards you are not entitled to use, or to launder money;
• resell codes commercially, except through our partner programme under a signed agreement;
• evade a brand's region, age or usage restrictions, or use a code in a country where it is not permitted;
• use bots, scripts or multiple accounts to bypass quantity limits, stock rules or fraud checks;
• interfere with the service, its security or other customers.

Our Compliance and Acceptable Use page explains the checks we run and how to report suspected fraud.

Liability

• We are responsible for delivering a valid code of the value you paid for. We are not responsible for what the brand does with the code after it is redeemed, for changes to the brand's service, or for losses caused by sharing a code.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for your statutory consumer rights.
• The service is provided as described; we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, but we will fix problems and keep you informed on your order page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes are announced on the site before they apply to new orders; orders already placed keep the terms in force when they were placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
