The Ticketmaster Gift Card can be used as full or part payment in the purchase of all tickets and many of the associated services sold via Ticketmaster.com.au, Ticketmaster Phones and outlets.
Card Balance
You can view your gift card balance online at any time. You will need your Virtual Gift Card ID number and PIN to access this service. You can also check your balance in store.

This gift card may be used to purchase tickets to participating events and other qualifying items through Ticketmaster, by phoning 136 100, online (when available) or in person at participating Ticketing Outlets (See website for list of outlet locations.) Not accepted for non-Australian events. You should treat this e-gift card like cash – if lost or stolen it may not be replaced and the balance may not be refunded to you. This e-gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can the price of items purchased with it be refunded to you. To the extent permitted by law and subject to the full term and conditions, Ticketmaster’s liability to you is limited to the available balance of the card.
