First-time users will be required to open an account and complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identification process.
Once KYC process has been approved you can redeem your Fidira gift card by entering the 10-digit code.
The balance of your gift card is deposited into your Fidira wallet ready to swap for crypto currencies offered within the Fidira exchange!
Existing Users: Simply log into your account and enter the redemption PIN from your Fidira gift card.

This card will expire three (3) years from the date of purchase. Treat this gift card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced refunded. This card may not be resold and is not redeemable for cash.
